I’m Erika Felisatti a highly driven and passionate Creative Leader & Visionary, with 15+ years of experience leading creative departments, handling end-to-end process with large scale operations. I have a strong visual narrative POV and ability to direct and inspire others to deliver with excellence. I thrive on translating business objectives into strategic creative assets, delivering a cohesive “on brand” Omni channel experience to costumers and bringing effective results to the business.

 

I have lived in 7 countries, traveled to 30+ countries and worked for multinational companies, in regional and global positions; in APAC, Europe and South America. This experience gave me the skill of fast adaptability, understanding cultural role play, and ability to communicate with people in “their language”.

 

Having been promoted almost every year, I demonstrate drive, passion and an endless interest in learning and improving. My focus is always on adding value and bringing results to the companies I worked for. My work experience and my education background gives me an unique combination of creative, analytical and management skills necessary to excel in a creative leadership role.
